Update for 5-27-15
On Tuesday, May 26th, the reservoir storage had dropped to the level at which I had to change methods of measuring the elevation from staff gage elevation to the slope meausement method. Variance between these two methods results in a difference of over 100 acre feet of storage.
Because of the manner in which “Total Reservoir Inflows” are calculated, this false drop in storage level also creates a large negative shift in the “Available Main Channel Flows” for decreed rights allocation. Due to this effect, I will be holding the decreed rights at the level established on Monday, May 25th, through the rest of this week until this “false shift” can work through the averaging period.
As always, you can view the current rights listing at Current Status of Irrigation Rights.
