Canals Turn On:  The interior cleaning of 5 miles of Douglas canal is completed to the point that we can run water through the canal.  We still have finish work to complete with the residue on the banks of the canal.  I have some spraying that I would like to complete and need to apply the canal-seal for both canals.  But, I plan on charging water down Douglas canal by the end of this week.  Water will be available there at that time.  As Douglas canal becomes stabilized, I will begin to charge North canal so that water should be available on that side by early next week.
