We have returned to an accurate measurement of average Nevada creek flows following the adjustments from earlier in the week (as mentioned in the previous update).

Average available flows have increased with the scattered rains over the last few days.  This in turn has increased the decreed rights that are currently good, and the Current Status of Irrigation Rights listing has been updated.  The cut-off date for irrigation rights is now 9-30-1889.

Please adjust accordingly, and please keep me informed about your water use so to properly apply contract water & avoid other conflicts.  Thanks,
