Repairs have been completed on Douglas creek canal and I will begin charging that canal with water later today, Sunday May 10th.\u00a0 Water should become available for delivery starting tomorrow.<\/p>\n
There is still some minor work to be completed on North Helmville canal, but I hope to start water in that canal beginning late tomorrow, Monday May 11th.<\/p>\n
We will be operating on flood water through the canals as we start up.\u00a0 But with receding snowpack and slowing creek flows it is difficult to project how long this will continue.\u00a0 I do not anticipate flood water to be applicable for an extended period.\u00a0 All canal deliveries will currently be charged as flood water unless a water user contacts me to be charged otherwise.\u00a0 I will post notice when we change to all contracted water.<\/p>\n
