Inflows to Nevada Creek Reservoir have been slowly increasing over the past 10 days, resulting in an increased rate of gain to the reservoir level.\u00a0 With the remaining ice sheet on the reservoir, along with nightly hard freeze conditions, we would like to slow the rate of fill in order to keep heavy ice away from concrete structures on the dam.\u00a0\u00a0 Therefore, I have begun gradual increases to the release from the dam, and these increases will continue accordingly with the increased inflows.\u00a0 Residents downstream of the reservoir should be aware of rising flows on Nevada creek.\u00a0 I do not anticipate issues with these moderate increases, but please contact me if you do experience problems.<\/p>\n
