{"id":295,"date":"2015-04-06T13:09:57","date_gmt":"2015-04-06T19:09:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/water.helmville.com\/?p=295"},"modified":"2015-04-06T20:46:45","modified_gmt":"2015-04-07T02:46:45","slug":"website-upgrade-and-email-updates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nevadacreek.com\/?p=295","title":{"rendered":"Website Upgrade and Email Updates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Over the last few weeks, I have been upgrading the Nevada Creek Water User&#8217;s website.\u00a0 The purpose of this upgrade has been to improve our ability to provide more readily available information in a more timely manner concerning irrigation waters in the Upper Nevada Creek Drainage.\u00a0 The process of implementing the new website backend program, and reformatting the old site files to the new site, is now complete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Part of this upgrade has included the ability to post water related updates to the website for viewing online, <em>plus<\/em> have those updates be automatically emailed to those of you who would want to receive them in your inbox as they are posted.\u00a0 These &#8220;email water updates&#8221; will mostly pertain to&#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">water supply outlook &amp; information<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">canal operations<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">changes to creek flows &amp; related water rights status<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">W.U.A. notices \/ schedules<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>You will need to Subscribe<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In order to receive these email updates, you will need to subscribe to them.\u00a0 It&#8217;s a simple process with NO logging in, passwords or anything to remember.\u00a0 To do so,<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">At the <a href=\"https:\/\/nevadacreek.com\">N.C.W.U.A. website<\/a>, go to the lower right-side menu column.\u00a0 Find the menu box titled &#8220;Subscribe to Email Updates&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">In the appropriate entry boxes, enter your name and email address.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Click the &#8220;Subscribe&#8221; button.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Check your email inbox for the verification message.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Click the link in that email to verify your email address.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">That&#8217;s all.\u00a0 You will now receive the updates as they are posted.\n<ol>\n<li>You will be able to &#8220;unsubscribe&#8221;
