Over the past few weeks I have been updating the listings of irrigation rights for the Nevada creek drainage. This process is now completed and those updated listings are available via the links on the left side menu column of the NCWUA website. Most of the updates have to do with changes in ownership, but there have also been some disputed rights that have been settled. All of these are now listed in accordance with DNRC’s current record of active water rights.
I have also repaired all of the broken “Lookup” links for researching each water right. For every water right listed, there is an associated “Lookup” link that will take you to the DNRC’s information about that specific right. There you can view a map showing the diversion points and areas of use, the abstract for the right, and all file information that has been submitted for that right. These same updates have also been applied to the Current Status of Irrigation Rights page for the Upper Nevada creek drainage.
These listings are provided on a drainage section basis. If anyone would like to receive the listing for a single creek alone, please contact me and I can provide that for you.
